Will my original manufacturer still honor my warranty if I use a compatible product?

A rousing yes! Compatible replacement parts are now protected under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act, which states that the original manufacturer cannot penalize you for not using an OEM product.

Can compatible replacement parts damage my product?

No way! As stated earlier, FindN’Rep manufactures its replacement parts to the same quality standards as the OEM (Original equipment manufacturer) facilities and uses the same top quality materials and parts for each part manufactured.

Are FindN’Rep parts brand new?

Absolutely. All of our products are 100% brand new. Additionally, they are manufactured in state-of-the art facilities in accordance with the exact same procedures and quality of standards used by the original equipment manufacturing (OEM) facilities.

How do I place my order once I have found my part?

After placing your order, enter your shipping and billing information in our secure checkout area. You will then receive an email confirming your order, followed by a second email, with your tracking information, once your item has been shipped.

Yes, you may cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. You can do this by calling our toll-free number 424-738-0694, or by contacting us through our website, and typing the words “Cancel Order” on the subject line.

Which shipping companies do FindN’Rep use?

We use uses USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx to ship our orders, depending on the order.

Does FindN’Rep ship to APO/FPO’s?

Yes, we are able to ship most items to a APO/FPO address. Shipping options are limited to USPS delivery. Due to Federal Regulations, batteries cannot be shipped to overseas APO/FPO addresses. For further information please contact our customer service department.

How will I know that my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, usually 24 hours after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your tracking information will also be included in the email so you may follow the location of your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order is guaranteed to be shipped within 24-48 hours from the time you place your order. Orders that are processed over the weekend or on federal holidays will be shipped the next business day.

How will I know if my product is on backorder and when it becomes available to be shipped?

If your product is not immediately available for shipment, we will notify you via email or by the phone number provided in your account information. We will also provide an estimated date of delivery.

What if I have ordered multiple products and one is on backorder?

If you have ordered multiple items, we will immediately ship the item(s) in stock while the unavailable products will retain their “back-order” status. Once the back-ordered item(s) becomes available, we will ship immediately and send you a notification email along with the tracking information.

I want to return my order, what do I do?
-
If you're not satisfied with our product you may return it for a refund within 30 days. After that our warranty policy kicks in and you will be eligible for a 1 on 1 exchange for the rest of the Item’s warranty period.

How do I return my order?
-
To return a product please kindly contact us in order to receive a RMA number (Return merchandise authorization). This number will enable you to schedule a pick up or drop the item at the nearest post office for a return. All products should be returned in their original packaging. We will not accept a return with any damage to or defacing of the original packaging. The original shipping costs of the order will be fully returned unless a customer mistake has taken place, such as ordering the wrong item, placing a wrong address etc.

I lost my label. How can I retrieve it again?

We are more than happy to help you print out a new label, simply contact us and we will email it to you again.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?
-
It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our FindN’Rep fulfillment centers. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
